"I recently started purchasing items from Carmen. I own 2 bags and 2 sandals now. I literally do not wear my others I live in these. Comfortable, chic, and expensive looking. These items elevate everything I wear! I am in love. Please make more lilac and purple. XO"

"These sandals are comfortable but not true to size. Getting ahold of a customer service rep is time consuming via email and no one to answer phones when you call. Especially when they only provide a 14 day window on returns/exchanges"
