Online Purchases

All full-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receiving your parcel. Sale item sales are final and can be exchanged, but cannot be returned for refund. You can request the return online or email a customer service:

In order to be fully credited, the item must meet the following conditions: 
- must be received within 28 days of receiving your order
- must be new and unworn with all original swing tags attached 

We will inspect all return items upon receipt. Any returns which fail to comply with the above will be not credited or may incur a 15% Restocking Fee.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.


As soon as we receive the return back, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment (credit card, paypal, etc) in 7-10 business days.

For exchanges of clearance items a shipping fee of $9.99 apply. 

In-Store Purchases

Carmen Sol Jelly Box Stores will gladly accept any items in as-new condition within 10 days of receipt date for exchange or store credit. No Refunds. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Online purchases cannot be returned to Carmen Sol retail locations for a refund.

Please note that while every effort is made to accurately display the color of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
