FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150. 

Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.

Orders are processed daily and shipped from our warehouse located in NY State. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number of your order. We ship all orders within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Most USA domestic orders arrive with in 3 to 7 business days if selecting the ground shipping option.

During periods of heavy traffic such as during a sale or promotion we may need longer to ship your order, if this is the case your tracking email may arrive later than this and we will notify you of any delays in shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply based on your location:

Orders Shipping to Italy and other European destinations have a flat rate published at check out.

Orders shipping to other locations will be calculated at checkout. 

We use UPS and US Postal Service for USA domestic orders and UPS/DHL for international orders.

Unfortunately, we do not allow online purchases to be returned or exchanged at Carmen Sol retail locations at this time.

Yes, shoes run true to size and therefore you should order your normal size. Size 5 corresponds to European Size 35, Size 6 corresponds to European 36 and so on. We don't offer half sizes.

If you are between sizes, size up is recommended. For example if you are size 6.5 you should pick size 7.

You can remove scuffs or marks that may occur from rubbing your bag or shoes against other materials by using a mild soap and warm water. For more pronounced scuffs or marks we suggest using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

Our Carmen Sol Jelly tote bags are open with no closure but we offer our exclusive tote zip organizer here.

Our Carmen Sol Jelly products are made of jelly. Our unique Jelly has 3 main attributes: high quality Italian PVC + rose  scented + sustainable. 

Let's explain: all our products and all its components are 100% made in Italy including the eco-friendly packaging also made in Italy. 

The rose scent is infused in the product, is very delicate and doesn't fade. It is a delicate scent of the red petal of the Vatican roses and you won’t help but fall in love!

Finally the eco-chic aspect: the jelly we use is 100% recyclable, prop65 compliant and vegan.
