"Appalling customer service. Colour is described wrongly- I bought a pair to match the light grey bag and they are a completely different colour although described as light grey. Very very small, sizing so wrong! Gave to daughter, rubbed her feet badly so were binned. Will never use again! Why don’t they listen to customers via their reviews!"
